We gladly work directly with our guests, however we also advertise on HomeAway/ VRBO and AirBNB as third party providers, who render their services for extra fees.
A RESERVATION IS EASY
Please send us the names and address of yourself and all of your guests, your requested vacation dates, as well as the home you would like to stay in.
We will be glad to provide you with a vacation rental contract. The signed contract will have to be accompanied by your ID and proof of residence.
After receipt of the documents we will provide you with a reservation confirmation and check-in information.
FOR BOOKING THROUGH BOOKING PLATFORMS (AirBNB/HA/VRBO) PLEASE NOTE
Please note, neither AirBNB nor HomeAway/ VRBO own our homes, they are merely a booking agent we use to get in contact with our guests and have payments arranged.
Each platform has its own rules and regulations in addition to our rental rules. We ask all our guests, no matter how they book with us, to sign our rental agreement and provide us with a valid ID with proof of residence for all guests. For reservation made through a booking platform, please understand that all financial matters are handled through the third party provider. Should you have any questions about money paid or the return of your security deposit you will have to contact that booking platform directly.
A reservation at any of our homes requires a written agreement in form of a written contract with us. In order to provide you with a contract, we need names, addresses and a government issued ID stating the address of all guests staying at the property. Reservations through third party providers such as AirBNB/ HA/ VRBO are no exception.
We do check payment methods and respective IDs to prevent any kind of fraud through Airbnb and/or HA/VRBO.
ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED ON PREMISES
Only registered guests are are allowed in and on our properties.
Any kind of parties or gatherings are prohibited.
We offer discounts in off-season and last minute (3 days prior to check-in).It is ok to ask for a discount, especially during the off-season. We know everybody loves a good deal!
However, please understand that we have to recover the cost of running a vacation rental business. We do have our limits. If you ask us to discount an already discounted rate to the extend that we would have to subsidize your vacation, please do not be offended if we tell you we cannot afford your reservation request. There is a financial due point where it becomes ineffective to rent our homes to others.
We do offer different rates on direct bookings. These prices CANNOT be converted into any of the platform bookings. Please be aware that we cannot tell you on any of the platforms that we also accept direct booking and how to find us, it is strictly against their rules. Please also note that once you contacted us via the booking platform and we sent you a quote through them, we are no longer able to offer the direct discount rate and you will have to book through the platform.
THIRD PARTY RESERVATIONS
We do not allow third party bookings. The person renting and signing for the home has to perform the check-in and be present the entire time of the rental.
All guests, with the exception of accompanied children/ young adults have to be at least 25 years of age.
All payments are final.
We urge all guests to buy travel insurance as we cannot be held responsible for any Acts of God, Weather, CDC advisories or cancellations that lay out of our control.
There are many travel insurances available which will cover CDC advisory, evacuations due to Hurricanes, flight cancellations etc. for a fraction of the cost of a lost vacation. We work hard to provide you with an excellent home away from home and we need a strict cancellation policy in order to be able to do so all year around.
